wow wow wow! What an amazing team. Food was immaculate, all staff were friendly. Many of our guest quoted “best wedding food I have ever had” every dish was cooked to perfection. We also hired bar staff who were so friendly and engaged with all our guests ensuring they had a brilliant time. You have to use this service! They will not disappoint. Deluscious' food is DIVINE! Sarah and her crew were an absolute delight throughout. They came to Hereford for our wedding and served a tasty feast for our 150 guests. Since our initial tasting session, we just couldn't stop telling people about the fusion of African-Asian food that was going to be served. Yet even though we built up high expectations, no one left disappointed. Even one of our guests with harder to please taste messaged us to say the catering was 10/10 :) We couldn't have been happier with the food and service, and the prices were very affordable too. Thank you Sarah and team for helping make our wedding day so special!

A FANTASTIC experience this weekend with Sarah, Jonita and the team! They catered for my mother's 80th birthday for around 90+ people this weekend. There were more than a few highly experienced Ghanaian home cooks present - so all the comments we got about how delicious the food was, I know REALLY meant something! Huge thanks to your team for just a great experience from start to finish - stunningly good food; super organised on the day, and just a really great experience working with you on the lead up to the event. Deluscious Catering is a great company, doing great things - and I can't recommend highly enough. Excellent.

We used this company cater at our wedding and let me tell I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever. Their sales pitch was great and we thought they would do a good job but they didn’t. First they didn’t turn the day before to set up as agreed, which put us, the bride and groom under extreme pressure the night before our big day. They turned up at 2am on the morning of the wedding instead of the agreed time of 6.30pm the night before. On the day of the event they made basic mistakes and some people were left waiting hours for food. Family members had to serve food as they were under-staffed. Some people were served small portions as the food had started to run out. When we had a debrief after the wedding, one of the owners was arguing with us over the amount they were willing to offer. We tried to be fair as they had done the job, however they lacked the quality of service we were promised but the owner was going back and forth with us over a difference of about £90 refund. It got to the point where we just accepted the refund they offered as we wanted to move on and not dwell on the mistakes that took a toll on our special day. During discussions with one of the company owners, he would agree to a refund amount then change his mind, as if he had a certain amount fixed in his mind in regards to what he wanted to offer, despite agreeing with us that the service as a whole was not up to standard. He still wanted to charge us for aspects of the service that clearly failed, when we trusted them to deliver. Their customer service is a complete joke! I believe they are chasing money and forgetting the service part of their job. I would never recommend them to anyone again. They need to sort out their customer service and be more humble when they make mistakes. Very bad experience with this company on one of the biggest days of our lives. We can't turn back the clock to do a retake, however we just want to move on from this.
