I ordered 10 pairs of work gloves with free delivery. I received one pair of gloves with a carriage fee of £21.00. I am sure that no customer would pay these costs for 1 pair of gloves costing £2.30. I contacted company by phone they were most unhelpful and quite rude, how can my order for 10 items become one item with carriage costing £21.00. Beware, certainly not a company I would deal with again. Not at all professional.
