Took 3 phone calls to get it dealt with but lady on the phone was aggressive when I complained and has no customer service skills at all. Would not give her name and would not give a superior's email to complain.

AVOID AVOID! Complete waste of space, ripped off. Advised to send back faulty envelopes back using a prepaid postage label and now mysteriously they have disappeared! We are not the only ones, numerous complaints about this company across the web. Look at polypostalbags too!
