Please avoid this company at all costs. They are genuinely the worst people to deal with. The customer service is beyond poor and they keep charging things out of contract and adding additional charges. They are really unclear with their communication and I've had to escalate my complaint because they refuse to deal with it in the appropriate manner. Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

Easy to negotiate a new deal with and happy overall with the sales guy on the phone. A little nervous after reading the 1 star reviews of some of their customers but didn't put me off signing up again. I do plenty of reviews on many companies and like them all they have their pluses and minuses hence the 4 star.

Avoid at all cost. Not helpful, asked them to open a complaint several times so I can take them to the energy ombudsman but they ignore it. Have sent countless emails and and spent many hours on the phone, they are just interested in money. Charged us £2k for 3 months, the property wasn’t even operating. Tried to question the bill with no help. Avoid avoid avoid
