If I was just rating the staff (Sam and Joe), it would have been 5 stars. However the ‘bad’ points were not their fault at all. More the fault of Epic Paintball who mis-sold us the deal. Epic paintball assured us that it would be suitable for our 10 yr olds birthday party. We were promised child sized weapons, low impact paintballs, and other players of a similar age. Fantastic, we thought, and signed up. Upon calling Epic to book. It transpired that there are in fact no child sized weapons or low impact paintballs. Slightly concerned but not wishing to waste my money, I continued to book. We arrived to find that our 5 boys were the only children, alongside min 20 adults. We were panicking. The staff - Sam and Joe could not have been more helpful. We were advised of the best ammo packages, the best way to organise the teams, best protective gear. They looked out for our boys during games and were super quick to act when one took a paintball to the throat. I would definitely book again. However I would go direct to delta force. Epic Paintball truly is one of those deals that is just too good to be true

Do not make a booking with this company!!!!!!!!! I booked a session for my son's 12th Birthday, for him and his friends. The booking was made many weeks in advance and i paid the balance in full as requested (payment made over the telephone, no terms & conditions were provided and i sign no agreement). 3 days before the booking the company phoned up and said that they no longer have any other bookings on that day so they will have to cancel our booking. They said that under no circumstances will they consider running a session that doesn't make profit, the fact that a child birthday is being affected is not something they give any consideration to when making a decision, it's totally profit driven. If this wasn't bad enough they then advised that they will not give us any refund, the most they can offer is a alternative date or a credit note. I explained that as this is a birthday treat another date is not going to work and we would have no need for a credit note, we requested a refund so we could book an event at a different venue. The Customer Service Manager at the booking centre was very arrogant and said that they would not provide a refund under any circumstance. When I requested to speak with a more senior manager I was told that more senior managers do not talk with customers. Honestly I've never had such bad customer service from a company in the UK, i'm sure it operates outside UK law in regards to refusing Customers refunds when they are cancelling bookings.

Would give it 0 if I could! Organisation is awful, the paintball guns continued to fail due to being summer paintballs being used in -1 weather. The guns themselves are unsafe to use being as I had 2 gas canisters blow up on me. You spend about 10 minutes actually shooting and the rest of the time stood around or swapping in faulty your equipment for yet another faulty item! The manager promised he would forward my complaint to customer service so I could ring them and discuss it further. Upon doing so I have been made to feel stupid, hung up on (not uncommon it seems) and been advised they know nothing about what happened on Saturday or about a refund the manager promised me for my unused paintballs and colour strikers. The place use to be so good but has MASSIVELY gone down hill. They don’t care about you or your experience just the money you’re putting in their pockets. AVOID! I promise it isn’t worth your money nor time.

Don’t ever go to this venue what a waste of money and time, firstly we started an hour I’ve late, I then had 3 guns stop working and also had 4 other friends have guns stop working, so we had to all change our guns which takes time out of your game so ended up missing out on lots of play time, and the equipment is shockingly bad my mask kept steaming up so couldn’t see literally anything!! And you are not aloud to lift your mask because you get kicked off the course if you do, in the end I threw all my paint balls and walked off because it was that bad £75 down the drain would of rather thrown it down the toilet would probably of got more entertainment from it, I’ve never ever left a review before, but I had to this time as my experience was THAT BAD!!!
