Was looking forward to going here but an online chat agent put us off. Perhaps a bit of training on how to answer questions, and put across a friendly, rather than a hostile feel? And I'd advise a personal touch; everyone has specific answers that they need answering when planning something of this size. None of my questions were actually answered, no matter how I tried to phrase them; I ran out of patience. Maybe she'd had a bad day 🤷🏻♂️...so we chose somewhere else
