Booked to go in March 2020. Unfortunately due to Covid it was cancelled. Asked for a refund to be told I would get a credit note. After several emails to them asking for a refund I have been totally ignored. Absolutely disgusting. And still no refund. Definitely would not recommend them.

Did not even get to visit this place - i contacted IPG on 9/7/19 to book 11/08/19 i spent £169.90 for 10 of us for my son's 7th birthday. It was agreed the 11th August. 36hours before we were due to go they tell me unless you pay more money they will cancel the day. So that was what they did. They offered Saturday 10th August but calling at 20.05 on the 9th we already had plans. They didn't find any other suitable days to change it to and then have only gave me a part refund and still owe me £70! Biggest scam ever... i have so far wasted 5 days of my life trying to sort this and am still £70 down not forgetting my Sons 7th birthday ruined!!!

when we first got there it took us a very long time to get going with the staff just talking about "call of duty" after we eventually started to play some games it started off alright until the other team started to cheat not calling hits when this was addressed to the Marshall the Marshall who was a young lad was rude considering we had spent a lot of money before even getting to play turned round and said "I'm sorry but there is nothing i can do and that we just had to deal with it and carry on playing" so after that game i went up to the manager of the day and complained about the Marshall and said he would sort this out, i wouldn't recommend this centre and if you do go here and you see a young lad marshalling your game get out while you can

Just got back from a birthday party here. The bad reviews are a load of rubbish, the step in manager from the Billericay site was very professional, think his brother runs this site but was annual leave, the sideman Simon was very polite and fantastic with the kids, if there was a problem he sorted it out straight away. Well laid out game zones and they tookhealth and safety very seriously which is hard to come by these days. Well done lads. Your a credit to the delta force team.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of going here on May 11th. At the start of the first game several of us had problems with markers not firing. The second game markers were intermittent and got told its because they run on co2, also in this game none of the opposing team would acknowledge being shot so we complained to Marshall who seemed oblivious to it. In the third game opposing team were told to be Honest about being shot and not to shoot people with hand in the air, during this game my marker stopped working so put hand up and walked to Marshall whilst being shot. The replacement didn't fire so got another and that didn't fire. Game over and surprise surprised nobody in the opposite team got shot by anyone. By that time we had had enough and called it a day. I told the manager what had happened when he asked why we are leaving and he was very apologetic but I explained that it's too late when the game is over and in fairness he split the opposing team up after that. The Marshall were at fault all day and the markers were the worst I've ever used and I've been paintball ing often. It's a rambling review but a few minutes of my time will hopefully save someone a lot of money and a wasted day. If you want to go paintball ing go elsewhere.
