bought a caravan recently and just phoned the company line with a simple request where i was met with a strong can’t be bothered and rude attitude. my call obviously wasnt important as i was told there were other calls coming through. please be aware if this is the staff attitude with a simple request just think what it will be like with a major issue. not impressed. its a really good approach for making customers into very unhappy customers.
