Absolutely awful, do yourself a favour and avoid. Ordered several fish for a large, well established tank. I was told they would contact to arrange delivery, I got nothing except a note that the order was now complete. DHL left the package outside, but luckily only being on the school run I actually saw him leave so the fish were not left out all day, had I been at work that day they could easily have been outside for upwards of 10 hours. On opening the box I realised this wasn't a great quality company right off, please see below, so I tested the water which was extremely high in ammonia so I used the drip siphon method to introduce them to the tank without contamination. Out of 10 shoaling fish several were so small I'd barely call them fry. Some also had crooked tails and have sinced perished. They are also not of the type ordered. Ordered 2 black corrydorus, only one arrived despite the bag being labelled x2 and it was smaller than my little finger nail and was covered in what looks like ammonia burns. He has since perished. Out of 5 blue shrimp only one arrived alive. Ordered and paid for 3 hillstream loach, these were completely missed off the order. No response to calls or emails, luckily I paid via PayPal so it will be resolved that way although this is likely to take several weeks. Meanwhile for £120 ultimately I've ended up with 7 shoaling fish and a handful of shrimp.

Really great service, after a previous order from a different supplier went very wrong. Delta reassured me of their shipping methods and speedy dispatch was a given. All crystal shrimp arrived alive and well with a great quality of colour & size not to mention very thoughtful packaging I will definitely purchase from them again 👌

Absolutely brilliant !! I worried about ordering on line but fish arrived in a heated well packed box . It was the great reviews that swung me , I've ordered several times for fresh water fish and shrimp, never had any problems they go the extra mile for you and this is now my go to shop for anything fishy and/or advice.. 100% recommend. 🐠😊

Ok so first off the fish we DID receive were correct and healthy. Packaging seemed to be pretty good, double bagged, insulated and with heat packs. This is my first experience of ordering fish online. They were a bit slow to contact me after the order was placed and then told me which day the delivery would be. I thought for £20 I would get to pick a convenient weekday. No you don’t. They made a mistake and didn’t send the most expensive fish. They have 3 methods of communication, none of which are particularly quick. Facebook messenger seems to be the quicker of the 3. I let them know of the missing fish in case there was a second delivery. Eventually late in the evening they admitted it had been missed off the delivery and refunded the cost of that 1 fish. I’m still out of pocket though because to order a replacement for the one they missed will cost me another £20 delivery, money I don’t think I should pay out for their mistake. They did offer to replace it FOC on my next order so I suppose if you are buying frequently that might work for you, but for me it doesn’t. So I guess if you purchase fish a lot and don’t mind mistakes being put right the next time you order, don’t mind not being able to ring the store, and the communication to be a bit haphazard at best then it might worth giving them a chance. I certainly won’t be for the sake of a few pence difference in price again

4 out of the 6 fish arrived dead, the company actually uses royal mail for delivery so I'd avoid, only offered a partial refund, wouldn't refund postage.

I ordered online but collected as I live in local. A little difficult to find because the shop is called Angel Aquatics. Apart from that the fish are all healthy and doing well. The service was good. They were clearly very busy when I arrived but both were polite and helpfull and I would definitely recommend them

Ordered 10 assorted goldfish not knowing what to expect. Parcel arrived a day later than expected but that was down to the courier rather than delta. Absolutely delighted with the fish. No two fish the same and all in great condition. Can’t fault this company.
