Been here a few times. I especially come here for the jerk chicken dumpling. Which is always delicious! Although they could be more generous with the jerk chicken filling. I've had the lunch meal deal which tasted good. There is a wide variety to choose from and it is a great deal for the price. Great customer service from Natalie each time I have been here. Always friendly and polite. The place always looks clean! Good hygiene practiced eg. Use of tongs and food covered.

The food is ok but awful customer service. I place an order from one the delivery service. My order was wrong when it was delivered. I was worse off because the food delivered, i was short of £4. I called the restaurant immediately and one of the staff apologied and that she packed it fhe order wrong. I was told to claim back the money which became impossible. I called the restaurant back, they made it out to be the delivery driver fault and given different kind of excuses. No chance of getting my money back, not even to refund the difference of the food delivered. No apologies. I was beyond livid. This is an awful experience. All the best and Good luck.....

Bad customer service got there at 2045 the gentleman with AirPods in said he will not be serving as they are closed. There was still food in the chaffing dish and they were to close at 2100 Nice food because I had it before but really bad customer service if you don’t want to work take a day off and chill.

Yuk... Yuk and Yuk. I could stomach the poor customer service from the woman in the shop that only smile at men. But today was quite another story. I just tasted overnight red peas soup which makes me want to throw right up. I don't even have left over at home. How can you sell this? The water is beginning to separate broth. Nasty!
