    Why isn't it possible to do negative stars. This company deserves to go out of business. Great hard working little businesses are always let down by the weakest link and these clowns are it. Technology doesn't work, scanning doesn't work, rude customer service, inflexible hours.... Please please please if you need goods or services delivered use a proper company! Average Parcel Circus??

    Truly the most awful couriers I’ve ever had the misfortune of getting an order from. I actually feel dread when I get a delivery notification from APC. The delivery windows aren’t windows, they’re 1/2 the day. Eg my latest window was 9:30-1:30, an hours window I get, but considering they only run their deliveries between 9 and 2, they’re just saying it’s out that day. I called after we missed a delivery to arrange a collection and was told the items were put out for me to collect. Drove to the depot to be told the items had been returned 2 days before! Even though I had called to check the items were there for collection. I request every time that they leave our deliveries with a neighbour, but they never do just an absolutely awful company. Avoid if at all possible

    DRIVERS take photo of front door, do not give occupants chance to get to door, then say nobody at home do not follow delivery instructions and leave almost immediately. Extremely poor service

    Congratulations on making Evri/Hermes look good. Takes some effort but you're there. Drivers will take a photo of your front door and say you aren't in. They won't knock / ring the bell or leave a card though. I question if they actually have the parcel with them - I honestly think they might not do and they are just pretending by saying you weren't in? Either way, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to take delivery of a parcel when you don't knock the door or ring the doorbell. I'm also not sure how I'm supposed to rearrange delivery when you don't leave a card? Every single time without fail I have to get on the phone and track down my delivery (with people who literally do not care) while navigating around out of service phone numbers. I then have to drive to the depot and check if they have it - they'll ask me for a card at the depot but then I have to blag collecting it without one because they don't actually leave them. If this was a one off I'd be more OK with it, but it's consistent. This is my first Google review. I'm that angry.
