It is the amazing shop in Birmingham. They sell varieties of furniture like beds, wardrops, mattress, and sofas ect. In addition the shop owner is brilliant, he makes good deal for everyone. And they provide free delivery service and free assemble service. The best thing about the gentleman is that, lovely talking sense and helpful nature.

Pleasant during sale but products are defective. Frame wasn’t flush,mattress sagged in less than a week. The replacement mattress, the driver wanted an extra £70, he said it was a better one but I hadn’t requested this. Damaged fabric and footprints on the second frame then drawers not aligning on the third replacement. The delivery drivers English was poor, he told me I could just not shut the drawer properly and have £50 back. He cursed and shouted at me all whilst I’m on the phone to the office having to haggle for a refund. I was at the top of the stairs when he was shouting, with him trying to get the bed down the stairs which was scary as I was in the house alone. I’m now left with a mattress type I never wanted and a headboard I have no bed for. I don’t feel my refund reflects the amount I paid for the bed but the order form wasn’t itemised and I was over a barrel. I prefer to support small independent companies but this time it’s backfired.
