Food was exhalant and served well by a very pleasant lady, however all this was spoilt by a very unpleasant lady at the check out till. Not only was she abrupt and unpleasant with customer's, she was very short and talked down to the nice serving lady. Dr Debbie M Bebington FRCPsych
