    Wow, what a meal. Delicious food, especially the Tandoori Murghi Massalla (The one with the egg on), that was something special. The guys were really welcoming and accommodating and even put our music selection on. The place was clean and tidy and my only complaint would be that the bottled soft drinks were warm. We spent a little more than average for 2 people but we did have 3 main meals because I couldn't decide, and it was well worth it. We're not local to the area but if in the area again would definately love to pay them another visit.

    I ordered a vegetable dansak and got a vegetable balti. Not sure what happened here. I guess they thought I wouldn't know the difference. Did they not have the ingredients to make a dansak? Did they have a pot of balti on hand ready to serve? No idea. Anyway, I would appreciate if you just told me you don't have the ingredients to make a dansak so I can order something else I actually like. They gave me a free garlic naan which was a nice gesture, I'm not sure if this is because they knowingly gave me the wrong food, or just a good will gesture. I appreciated this at the time though as I threw the balti away and would have not had any food to eat besides bhajis and popadoms. The quality of the food was generally good, and if you enjoy baltis you probably would have enjoyed it. But it did feel quite insulting getting given an entirely different dish that I don't even like (which is also too spicy for my current spice tolerance level).

    What an incredible, warming, friendly place! The best food you will eat in Brum, whether you eat in or take away. The level of customer service is second to none, nothing is too much for these guys, you want it, they will do it. Thank you for coming to Rubery. A very special place indeed.
