Claire is an amazing artist. Her skills not only exceed any engraving i have seen before but also her professionalism is beyond what i could have expected. Whilst in the Boutique she not only engraved but uused her amazing calligraphy skills to create giftcards for clients. She settled in easily and clients loved not only seeing her amazing work in action, but also she engaged with everyone and made her skill an animation to itself. Claire’s work brought tears (happy ones) to our eyes! We composed a poem as part of a wedding speech for some dear family members and wanted this written calligraphically - our first thought was to print it and we are incredibly happy we didn’t go ahead with that idea! After a very friendly phone call with Claire, and after sending her very minimal items we had around that incorporated the wedding theme, she created a stunning piece that instantly got us teary. The poem was beautifully written in gold-bronze ink and she integrated the wedding theme perfectly. Without a doubt we will contact her for any future bespoke pieces and we recommend you do to!

Claire is so clever with her engraving. She has such a lovely eye for detail and aesthetics. My waterbottle is gorgeous and gets lots of compliments (you know it's a goodie when your painfully style-conscious teenage daughter wants to borrow it, despite it bearing her mother's name...). I also happen to know she's a grafter, and will strive to produce the best results on any commission that comes her way.

We met this lovely lady out walking on Headley Heath when she was collecting flora for her artwork and we admired the view together.
