Impossible to get through on the phone. Have been ringing Delapre for 50 minutes, then Whitefields for another 40 minutes. Nobody's picking up. If you need talking to the surgery, the only way is visiting in person. Also there is a problem with getting blood test results. I've been trying to get my results from July-August last year and they keep telling me there is nothing on the system, even thought I know the surgery has the results because they sent the results to a consultant. My husband has the same problem with getting his results from this year. The surgery keeps telling him he has to speak to the blood taking unit, while the unit says he should be speaking to the surgery!!! The admin is very poor.

I never received any help from this GP ! I am waiting for my blood test for allergy over 6 months and they told me that they are not able to help me !!! Now I am having problems with my blood and they still don’t want to help me because they are too busy !!!!! I do not recommend this GP at any point. Pick any other GP if you care about your own health!

7 months ago I was diagnosed with an angiolipoma of the right kidney. Yesterday at 19:30 I had a second viewing. Today at 08:00 I received this SMS. Dear Mrs Ruminska, Your scan showed bilateral angiolipomas in the kidneys. Please contact the surgeon to discuss this in more detail. Delapre Medical Center. I came to the clinic to make an appointment with a doctor, showed SMS at the reception and received an answer, call 111 and you will be scheduled a visit to our doctor. Of course, I was shocked, but I called 111 and received an answer that they didn’t make appointments with doctors, which I already knew very well. I don’t know what to call it, but it’s some kind of lawlessness, why they take money from our salary, if we can’t even get to the doctors.

After having no help with Anima or 111, I went into the surgery and spoke to Lynn on reception. She was very helpful and very kind. Not all of the reception staff at Delapre are helpful, but Lynn was amazing!!!

Brilliant surgery. First time using the new Anima system - filled out a request at 8am and had an appointment booked later that day. I was seen by a nurse & GP, with a referral to the hospital made at the appointment also. Always had great experiences with the old online system, would get a call back quickly and offered a same day appointment when it was needed. Have always found all the staff here to be friendly and helpful. I really recommend this surgery!

Receptionist today just told "use online doctor link" and drop the call. Even didn't ask about my problem...the last four years only once I have chance to visit this medical centre and see a doctor...online doctor links - are useless, twice I tried, but unsuccessful...i visit by myself, was offered appointment "after two weeks" I don't need them...the problem is desiase of sloppiness and bad organization of process to make appointment...
