Where to start on how bad and unhelpful DekorPrint are. Perhaps if they returned calls they could communicate the problems they were having and elevate some of the stress involved. It's that simple. The first job took so long, as they had so many delays with no warning or explanation. Often the delivery date would come and go, contacting them was very frustrating, until they eventually told us that it would be another week. ... then another week etc etc. During this their prices went up and we were so behind we had no choice other than to use them. Luckily we found a much better company for our 2nd & 3rd runs and would never go back.
