First class care from start to finish yesterday, something I didn’t expect after the Easter bank holiday. The practice must have been busy but staff were excellent, I was listening to the reception staff while I was waiting and kind and patient are the words that spring to mind. Thank you.

Had a truly great experience- Staff were very interactive, very person centred, I have had Major Surgery and they were really helpful. Got me a Doctor's Appointment for a couple of hours later, saw the GP and she was fantastic, very pleased.

Never had a problem getting an appointment, spoke to Faye this morning who was friendly & helpful as are all the staff, either over the phone or face to face despite the pressure they must be under with the ever growing volume of patients.

Haven’t visited the GP in several years but recently had to attend to see Nurse Joanne Evans and Dr Mendez. Both were kind, caring, compassionate and very well informed. Giving me all the information I needed. An absolute credit to the practice!

You’ve more chance of winning on the lottery than getting an appointment. You can’t get through or even into a que at 8am because of the volume of people who want an appointment. The recording then says “appointments are released throughout the day” and a receptionist will tell you this but to only phone at 8am. The staff don’t know when these appointments become available so the likelihood is that they don’t exist. The receptionist is as so interested in helping that she told me to go to a walk in centre (I didn’t need to as my need to see them wasn’t an emergency) and if I wasn’t prepared to go there to phone back at 8. Will be taking this forward as a full and written complaint as the services offered here are ridiculous and beyond unsatisfactory from both the surgery and the ignorant and unhelpful receptionists

I was having issues with an online pharmacy, who had received my usual prescription from the Fountain Medical Centre. The pharmacy were not answering any communications so I contacted Fountain Medical Centre, as I was close to running out of medication. One phone call plus a call back and Dion had sorted everything. Not only did he manage to get my prescription transferred, it was ready to collect almost imediately. I think for the first time ever, I can say that a call to the GP's 'made my day'. Faultless service.
