Ordered dress mid November for June prom and dress delivered to shop 28th May. Had to continually try to contact shop for updates - they wouldn’t answer their phone or return messages. My daughter was very distressed at the lack of contact and update from the shop. Despite them taking measurements on choosing dress it still needed altering which they don’t do. Try getting a dress fitter with less than 3 weeks notice during prom season! Thankfully found a star in Larkhall able to do it. My advice - go somewhere else - 7 months+ wait for an off the rack pre made dress is ridiculous!
