    I’ve trained at various gyms over the years. I can say without reservation that training with Justin at Definition is the best I’ve ever received. From the first day I entered the gym I felt so comfortable. I have seen great results both in myself and in many others. Justin is very friendly, knowledgeable, so encouraging, but he definitely pushes you! He listens to your goals and tailors your training accordingly. The gym is very friendly and welcoming; not in the slightest bit intimidating which some gyms can be, especially for women. You never feel any judgement or ageism, just great encouragement and advice.
