Needs to be put in special measures, when I phoned to pre book an appointment after getting a text from them to do so...they just say to you ring at 08:30 for on the day appointment which I have been told are only meant for emergency appointments which of course you can never get through, just completely unacceptable. Thought the local gp was there to help... not to be fobbed off!

I have rang this doctor's multiple times about my referral to hospital and all they keep saying is well we have sent it did not tell me what hospital it was sent to or nothing I have been at 3 different doctor's since I have been in Sheffield and this doctor's as to be the worst doctor's buy far and its not the doctor's fault i think this place need Investigating As a patient I feel like I'm being dismissed all the time and not being listened to but if I treat them the way they treat me they don't like it and its not acceptable I have rang NHS ENGLAND and think people who feel like they are being missed treat buy this doctor's should do the same thing as that way it might be better for people in the future

Absolutely appaling service. Was on hold for 20 minutes waiting to book an appointment just for the operator to hang up on me after failing to get through at 8:30am. When I attempted to call back all appointments had already been taken for the day. Not even a chance to speak to reception before 9am!

It will be good if we can see a doctor on the day not to talk to a doctor on the phone or trivial to a other surgery i would be nice if we can go back to normal

Appalling service. One of the receptionists is like an officer of the Gestapo, nothing but scathingly obstructive, heartless, rude in the extreme, utterly lacking empathy. If she is carrying out orders from the practice manager then both should be shot. She made me wait 3 weeks for a mere telephone appointment with a nurse when I had melanoma. Murderous 'service''.

Impossible to get an appointment. Was told to phone 111 when I had appendicitis, sent to walk in centre who immediately sent me to hospital for emergency surgery. Currently been trying to get through to surgery for 50 minutes but number busy. Pressed redial 1350 times

The doctors are good at what they do and the receptionists are friendly. But the appointment system is beyond appalling! Something really really needs to be done about that.

Doctors here are very good IF you ever manage to get an appointment to see one. Been with this surgery all my life but appointment system now so appalling I am seriously considering moving to a different surgery.
