What an utter shambles. All I wanted was a quote for 25 sq ft of document storage space for long term storage. 4 emails no reply, 3 phone calls promises of the sales manager to ring me back, no reply. Sales helpline tell you they are not sales and refer you to the website. If i hadnt seen the place with my own eyes i would have thoufht their buisness was some kind of scam, very unhappy prospective customer
