I contacted Craig today after discovering our hot tub pump had a leak. He offered for us to drop it over the same afternoon to have a look at over the weekend, but when we arrived he looked at it straight away and had it fixed within 15 minutes! He very kindly let our children play in his garden while we waited, and was so lovely from start to finish. Thank you so much for such great service 😍

We hired a Deep Blue Hot tub over the bank holiday weekend last minute due to plans changing. From the first email Craig and the team were fantastic, fully accommodating our needs, to make sure we had a great experience. Communication was great, they were really quick to respond to us. and the operating and information for how to use the tub was clear and well presented. After being let down by another company on the day my hot tub I contacted Craig at just gone 7am in a panic. Not only did he instantly put my mind at ease, he communicated with me well, despite him being on a school run. I had more communication from him in one morning than I did from the other company over months. Nothing was too much trouble for him and parking was a right pain for him to get access to my house but he didn't once complain. The hot tub was amazing, he was very thorough in showing me anything I needed to do and even left me spare chlorine tablets. I would highly recommend Deep Blue Hot Tubs and again would like to thank Craig for all of his efforts. A fantastic time was had by all

Craig was amazing and I can’t fault the fantastic service we received. We hired the hot tub for the bank holiday weekend for a Hen Do, it was dropped off and up and running without any faults. After a couple of days the hot tub was beeping - Craig sorted this out for us and drove round on a Sunday to give us a new filter. We had so much fun with the tub and I’d recommend this company to anyone.

Professional, courteous, helpful and punctual service for a lovely home hot tub experience! We rented a tub for my wife's birthday as a surprise and took advantage of the offer to keep it for longer for very little extra. It was installed on time and without a hitch, and when we were unlucky enough to get an error code on the unit (and on a Sunday, I might add), Craig was supremely helpful in helping us to fix it ourselves over the phone so we could continue to enjoy this affordable luxury 👍 I highly recommend DeepBlue Hot Tubs 😊
