I called in in desperation, needing to cap off 2 pipes under my bath following the failure of a whirlpool pump. 3 plumbers merchants simply said "No sorry" and it was clear this was not going to be an easy fix. Despite this not being their line of business two members of the company spent a good half an hour pulling out bags of spares, head scratching and glueing things together to sort me out, all for the cost of a few plumbing bits, £20! I can't comment on their spas but they are clearly the kind of people who would be determined to do a good job no matter the profit involved. if I am ever in the market for a spa bath, I know where I will be going; just don't mention that to my wife!
