  Couldn't thank Iolanda enough, we had some issues to begin with but she went above and beyond to recitfy the issues and make sure we met the deadline. She was always in contact with us and was given her direct numbers if we had any concerns. Thank you again Iolanda you was terrific!. Thanks Deege Solar we look forward to a summer of generation 🌞

  This company seems to be a complete joke. I found a blog post on THEIR WEB PAGE talking about voltage optimizers and decided to contact them about it. After filling online form I was contacted by a sales person who confirmed that they indeed sell them and asked me for the best time to call to discuss it. So far so good, I responded to it with time that suited me but had not heard from them since (it has been couple of days). Today I called to ask about it and talked with a person who told me was "sales manager". Hearing about the fact that the person who I got message from has not came back to me he responded "that's probably because we do not sell them".... say WHAT?? and when I said that that person send me in the email literally confirmation that they DO SELL THEM his response was: "I am sales manager here and I know more than that person" and that they DO NOT SELL them and I should go to some electrical company and ask them.... This situation is so ridiculous that I cannot really understand it. Company who has a big blog post about a piece of technology on their page with a big fat "ENQUIRY NOW" button says that they do not sell them!!?? More over publicly stating to potential client that their colleague does not know what they are talking about is quite shocking tbh and I for once would definitely would not want to work with such manager. Definitely will not be doing business with this company and will suggest others to watch out for that very-important-all-knowing sales manager.

Three guys arrived first! Build a home system and 7 panels! A total of 14 should have been built, so I don't understand why it couldn't be built like this! The following ladies are built by different boys! If you asked me! why not build all panels in one day! That's how I understand these are two different companies! It turned out strange! I applied to this farm because it has a good website! It gave me the information I needed! The office is polite and turned out to be good at its job! Na bet nesu tikras ar kitos įmonės būtų greičiau atlikę visą darbą! Pirmą atvažiavo tris vaikinai! Pastate namuose sistema ir 7 paneles! Išviso turėjo pastatyta 14,dėl ko negalėjo pastatyta taip ir nesupratau! Sekansias paneles state skirtingi bernai! Jei klausinejo manęs! kodėl nepastatė visas paneles per vieną dieną! Taip suprantu tai dvi skirtingos įmonės! Pasirodė keista! I šitą ferma kreipiausi nes pas jos geras interneto svetainėje! Ten paduota dauk informacijos kuri man reikėjo! Ofisas mandagus ir pasirodė gerai atlaiko savo darbą! Atsiuntė visus sertifikatus kurių man reikėjo Dabar turiu sistema gerai dirba! Ačiū Deege Solar

  The most shockingly disorganised organisation I've ever dealt with. An error with pretty much everything involved in the project, and at least five no shows that we waited in for. Again today - after 6 months of planning, equipment isn't delivered, wrong things are ordered, engineers don't show - after waiting in AGAIN for a whole day. And after the original install, we had a garden full of plastic ends of cables in the grass, and waste everywhere to be cleaned up. It upsets me so much. I would add that the charge and discharge rates were wrongly assessed and are half what they should be. And some of the kit is clearly reused from other installs - not even cleaned first! First and foremost, a company must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Aside from a couple of the office team, who seem to be trying very hard against all odds, communication is very poor.

  Excellent and innovative electrical installation from Liam despite a difficult house with multiple levels and poor access to meter etc. Delay from order to panel installation but good comms from the team to keep me updated.

  Deege Solar are a dedicated team with a mission to bring energy generation to the nation, in spite of an extraordinarily challenging market. From quotation to delivery, installation & commissioning; the entire team have been dedicated, hard working & honest professionals in every regard. I work in the automotive industry which has been plagued by supply chain issues (shortages, price hikes & logistical problems) since the COVID-19 pandemic started. Solar PV systems use many of the same components & materials so when it became apparent that the original delivery date could not be achieved due to these same global supply issues, we rescheduled the installation plan and Deege stuck to it relentlessly, providing regular updates & confirmation. The admin team is quite small at the moment so it takes a little patience to contact them at times but they know their technology, they know their installers and they know what their customers need.

  Why have Deege Solar been de-listed Which Trusted Trader Website. Answer : They can’t be trusted. Things did improve they resolved their communication problems. The difference when they overcame the issue. The installation,admin and technical team all deserve 5 stars but because of the initial problem I can only give 4 stars. My system works perfectly and Temi’s utube post on the settings in the ShinePhone most helpful. Many thanks 👍

  After posting the review below communication improved significantly. The solar panels, inverter, battery and ev charger are now fitted and, to date are all working well. So feeling a lot better about the company now, shame about the earlier communication problem. Original one star review: Dreadful communications, I’m supposed to be having the system installed on Tuesday 14th March but, to date, absolutely nothing from Deege. You can’t get to speak to anyone when you ring and often their voicemail is full. Even if you do manage to leave a message you don’t get called back and emails aren’t responded to. As a previous reviewer has stated the initial contact with Rod Griggs was excellent, quick detailed responses but after that awful.
