Whilst working for Dee Izmail i experienced complete and utter unprofessionalism and rudeness. She is pushy, exploits staff and never accepts when she is in the wrong. I left after just 10 days of working with her. She is very inconsiderate and does not praise you for any work you do despite your effort, time and dedication. A few things i experienced was her expecting me to work outside my normal working hours, refusing to allow me to speak as she would constantly speak over me, refusing to pay me for work i produced, hanging up on phone calls, breaching of contract, attitude, degrading work produced, ignorance. I have never ever experienced such unprofessionalism in a work place as this, and have never been refused pay. It got so bad to the point I had to take legal action for the money i was owed for the work i produced, despite constant emails, texts and letters prior. I really did not want to take this route, and have never had to take legal action against anyone but she gave me no choice. 1. The invoice is still yet to be paid, when I ended my contract with her months ago. 2. Dee’s current website appears to still have work… but according to her work wasn’t produced? 3. The behaviour Dee shows to staff is appearing as a pattern, Constant breaking of a set contract regarding pay & hours, shouting at staff, extremely high staff turnover & non acknowledgment of her behaviour. I wish i had checked her reviews online from previous staff before accepting her job offer.
