    Highly recommended - a great experience from start to finish! I asked Decur if they could make me a headboard and ottoman/sofa bed. I asked for a number of modifications, including changes to size, shape, fabric and construction method. Decur were able to make every modification I asked for and responded to all my emails exceptionally quickly - I sent my first query email on a Sunday afternoon and after many more questions from me, they confirmed they could make all my requested changes by Sunday evening. They then delivered my items in 10 working days - amazingly quickly! Decur gave me a 1 hour delivery slot on a Saturday and whatsapped me to tell me they were nearby - this was so handy because I didn’t have to wait around, I didn’t have to interrupt my working week. When they delivered my furniture, they arranged it how I wanted, took the time to show me how to install the headboard correctly and took all the packaging with them. They then followed up the next day to make sure I was happy and offered to make further modifications if I wanted. All in all, I was so impressed - everything was great - quality of furniture, speed and customer service. I will definitely use them again! Services: Delivery, Custom furniture

    We purchased a beautiful bed from Decur - This is the 2nd purchase I’ve made from them. Their WhatsApp service is brilliant, they messaged to check if we wanted the bed to sit flush against the wall and just required our skirting board depth. Also requested our mattress height as the bed is bespoke made and considering its bespoke, the delivery was well within the 20 day estimate. They even WhatsApped me a few days before delivery and coincided with when we were in. The bed itself is beautiful and the quality is exceptional for the price. Decur’s Delivery guys took it up to the room, unpacked and offered to assemble the bed too! Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend this company. Service: Custom furniture
