Wanted to return my order and it took weeks to get in touch with them, at which point I was told to post to their address. Used the address on Google but the parcel was returned marked ‘addressee gone away’. Was then told to send to a different address but the same thing happened. Two weeks since my last message and no reply.

The Oberholzer Twins
AVOID - waited over two weeks for my dormer rods, sent multiple emails and heard nothing, several phone calls and they don't pick up. Items eventually arrive (the delay was the couriers fault), but they are not what I ordered the lengths are wrong, so they finally responded to my email saying that it was the web designers fault and that they would collect, and have now heard nothing. They are happy to take your money immediately and not fulfil the order. Totally useless company, I would never order from them again.

This company is not genuine - watch out for them. I placed an order with them and it was never received. After numerous phone calls and emails with no response i had to go back to my card company for a refund. Avoid at all costs

I would leave zero stars if I could. I waited weeks for my delivery. It took days and a lot of hounding to get a response to chase up the whereabouts of my order. I eventually had a response through a message I sent through Facebook as I had no response via email. The response was to WhatsApp a phone number. I did this and communication ceased. I messaged via Facebook again and had no response. My order eventually arrived. I had ordered brackets for a shelf and received one. I contacted them again about the missing bracket only to be told that I only ordered one. I highlighted that the picture in the advertisement showed two brackets and the description was for brackets plural. Communication ceased again and I asked for a refund. I contacted them again, this time to say I was contacting the consumer ombudsman. They swiftly responded saying I would be issued a refund once the bracket was returned. I have asked for the postage to be refunded as their advertisement was misleading (I would say false) and communication has ceased once more. The whole process has been very disappointing and my advice would be to avoid.
