    After reading all the negative reviews about refunds and products delivered damaged etc, and that the customer service staff don't respond and etc. I am very sad to say that I am deeply upset about this... I worked for Deckers and absolutely loved it there, the office space to the vibrant atmosphere... Was all very lovely. I just hope that their customer Service is improved dramatically! And that the finance teams or whoever manage these refund processes really stick their fingers out their ars* holes. You are letting such a terrific company down 😔

    No one answers either emails or phone, there is no customer care at all!! We asked for a refund more than a month ago, they sent us an email saying that they received the shoes back but we NEVER GOT THE MONEY BACK. I tried calling, sending emails, but I never received an answer. This is definitely NOT what I expected from a company like Ugg and I am still waiting for an answer from you asap. Thank you.

    I have spent what would be a year in April chasing this company to resolve an issue with a faulty slipper. It's not so much the fact that I spent over £100 on the item, or that they are not delivering on the promise of a year warranty; It's simply the fact that they choose to ignore their customers. I called 3 times, sent 10 emails, 8 direct and 2 via their website, contacted them via Twitter, where the USA team has been great in passing me on to the UK team (apparently the Uk team have not invested in Twitter marketing!). On the 2 occasions I had a response from UK customer service, it was because the US team intervened. In the latest response from the Customer Relations Manager for the EMEA, (I have the full name and am happy to reveal on request), I was told that my emails have been located in their withheld folder and they have since been released. So now you'd think they would do something about my issue right? especially as they have now seen the emails, but nope. This persons email asks me once again to provide pics etc, for the 8th time! So I do and I have heard nothing since that last correspondence in October. I have tried to call again and I have tried Deckers where the EMEA manager supposedly resides, but nobody answers. At least no one answered for over an hour. I am contemplating dropping in on them just to see if anyone actually works there! In conclusion: Buy from them at your own risk. The quality of products (proven) and service of this company in the UK, is below standard and expectation. Given my years of experience working with corporate organisations and many many CEO's and leaders, I can honestly say that the reviews for this company are shouting incompetence at a very senior level!
