    Unbelievable service. My XDJ RX3 powered off towards the end of a set and wouldn’t turn back on. Sam & Jeremy were great, initially diagnosing my problem over the phone and providing a rough ‘ball park’ estimate to manage my expectations. Clear communication throughout and a rapid turnaround. I dropped my decks off in the morning and they were stripped, new parts installed and reassembled; all the same day. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They even stayed open for an extra 5 minutes after normal closing time so I could collect! 5 stars all round.

    Fantastic service. I recently bought my Pioneer XDJ-XZ for repair . The unit was less than 1 year old and the Headphone Sockets were defective due to a broken jack. Sam quickly replaced the module in no time. Subsequently I had an unrelated Software issue (with ReckordBox) which Sam rectified. These guys provide an excellent service, very knowledgeable, patient and professional. Would strongly recommend Deck Converters as the One Stop shop for technical sales and all DJ related requirements. Their prices are very competitive, . GO see them. Many thanks again guys.
