The heritage flush upvc windows leak THROUGH the bottom of the frame EVERY time we have heavy rain with strong winds. Ever since we had these new windows fitted 3 years ago, the south-west elevation windows have leaked causing severe damage to our internal window boards. We have now had to chisel out the window boards where they meet the inside frame of the windows. The design is fundamentally flawed as rain water is forced up through the join in the bottom of the frame then absorbed into the window board, making it damp & blistered. We took photos & video evidence of the rain water being forced up through the frame by the strong winds. The manufacturer did send someone round to add more seals round the glass panes, but to no avail. Unfortunately, all the windows are these flush fit, so we cannot replace the affected windows with storm windows as they look totally different. The stress, worry & damage over this period since we had these windows installed into our renovation project, makes us wish we had bought storm windows which don't leak!

After our Garden Room supplier let us down by not installing the end caps on our window sills, Jen sourced a closely matching colour and posted them out free of charge. The problem was not Deceuninck's to solve, yet they did so without hesitation. A breath of fresh air! Thank you!
