Really horrible shopping experience. Went to try on several items advertised on the Decathlon website. All, bar one, out of stock. Staff standing around chatting to one another, clearly disengaged. Almost all clothing items I looked at had no labels on so I couldn't identify size. Insufficient changing rooms with many people queuing and getting annoyed at wait. Avoid.

I've been shopping down at this branch on and off for ages now. I popped down today for a new pair of trainers and couldn't fault the service. Helped out by Emily P who was lovely and managed to sort me a new pair of trainers within a few minutes, even if their measuring machine said I had no toes! 😂 Great products and brilliant staff.

Very knowledgeable staff. I was surprised to be fair. They know a lot more than they appear to know. This store has equipment and clothing for nearly all sports or outdoor activities. Their website has a lot more items available to order for free in store delivery. Prescription google are also cheap here.

Still waiting since March 21st for an item sent from a Decathlon store 78 miles away.2 visits to my local store 1 lasting an hour whilst they searched store in case it had arrived. Still waiting 7 weeks now and 2 long emails to customer services (unanswered) no response from any staff member or support as to why and where item is or when available .I have missed use of this item over 2 Bank Holidays I am not Happy
