I ordered and was sent the wrong size, I contacted them and explained that I ordered a 5.5 and the boot label shows 6. Told some story about wrong labelling due to EU sizes. No option to get the correct size it says they sell half sizes but you don't get sent them. I also found the Poole store very limited with their hiking boots selection hence ordering online.
