Paid a deposit to sit outside, expecting it to have heaters and blankets, It didn’t. The staff were rude and unreasonable about letting us sit downstairs with our drinks. Would not recommend next year.

Such poor door staff. arrived in York about 6pm. walked past this place and thought it looked nice. Door staff were leaned against the fence chatting to a girl. we politely waited 20 seconds to get acknowledgement to go in. when door men didn't acknowledge us we walked in. err lads were closed was the response. we walked away. next min a family of 4 went in. Went to speak to the door man who claimed he was just letting the children in for a hot chocolate. Seems like it was just a personal power trip for the door man. No other venue in York refused us entry.
