I walked into the shop today, looking to browse as I do. When I entered I had the security guard quite rudely cut me off. He knew I couldn’t hear him because I had headphones in. He then quite rudely told me to read this policy which I have never seen before, which I didn’t have a problem reading it was more his attitude and his blatantly rude approach other. It’s a great store but that security guard definitely needs to be re trained or outright replaced because his attitude stinks
