I recently went in store for the first time looking for some things i can use to stay active this summer. I have never been a sporty person so I entered a little nervous and confused on what to look for. Karim approached me and instantly created a very friendly atmosphere, taking his time to explain and help me find the things i need to start swimming. This encounter gave me the confidence and knowledge i needed. He also encouraged me to get a tennis racket so i can start playing with friends, which i really look forward to doing. Overall pleasant experience, i will certainly be returning to the store with any future questions the team could help me with to expand my exploration of sports and fitness. Why are you cashless? Why have you bought into this ridiculous notion that cash is of no use anymore. Spent 1/2 an hour filling a basket of stuff I wanted, went to pay only to be told you don't take cash and sneered at like something youd scrape off your shoe.What a waste of my time.
