    Had a letter for a parking fine in Newquay for last year. 1 problem I wasn’t even in Newquay on the date stated that I was in the car park. I was at a family commitment 500 miles away which I have evidence. They can’t even show me the evidence that I was in Newquay that day. Con artists. Send all the letters and your monkey’s as much as you want you ain’t getting a penny until either you or the IPC can show me legit proof.

    I received a sms on the 15/05/23 saying I had an outstanding parking fine to pay. They said that they had sent 2 previous letter that I never got and for that reason I now owe 170.00 pounds. I was confused. My car is 95% of the time in my garage and I can't recall the last time I parked on the road. On the 20/02/23 after many tries I was answered by a know it all man saying I had to pay because they were sending the previous letter to my old address. Given the fact that I told him that on that day my car was overnight at a train station and that I have proof of payment, he said that because I had outdate address on some government website I would pay much more in court and hang up. The funny thing is, I have been trying to pay for the last 48 hrs and none of their platforms work. When I finally thought I had pay via phone, I received a receipt of £ 1.85 (I arranged for the whole £ 170.00). WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?

    They sent a threatening leter to my GF. Spoke to them on the phone and asked for evidence, waited 15 minutes to be sent 2 photos of my gf's car to say that was enough evidence. I was then told I was being rude so i asked to speak the manager, got nowhere and I told them we won't be paying. After reading the reviews I look fwd to the future threatening letters. LOL. Update: nothing happened.

    The first I heard about a parking ticket from these guys was their 'third reminder'. Was given no chance to appeal or pay the small fine. Ignored my messages, told me there was no appeals, and then threatened legal action. Would not take my payment they are trying to force out of me over the phone as I used the words 'under duress'.

    They are sending me letters stating I have failed to make contact with them when clearly I have. I'm now being fined for parking my own cars in my own bays, which I have done for the past 10 years before a parking permit system was introduced. Spoke to the representative today and she claimed she made a note but obviously sounded like she didn't and cut me off before I could say 'thanks for your time' or 'bye'. Furthermore, there is no option to send emails as they know this is a method of keeping records of communication.
