The worst service! Firstly they don't give a time so you have to be home the whole day waiting. I sent an email with photos of my furniture that I wanted to give away on 11th October. Emma scheduled a collection for 18th October. At around 4pm when no one turned up, I called the store only to be told by Emma that the driver was sick and would not be coming. The least she could have done was call me to update me. She rescheduled it to 25th October. At around 3pm, I called the store to confirm that a driver was indeed coming. After numerous calls, a girl named Sharon finally answered the phone and informed me that I was not even on the list. Important to note that BOTH Sharon and Emma were responding to my emails to confirm the new dates. Sharon then told me that she would schedule a pick up on 31st October. It is now 4:45pm and I can bet my bottom dollar that no one will be coming by. I should have read Debra's Google Reviews, never would have bothered with them if I had. The worst service.
