I went to pick my my wife's coats from the dry cleaners and was horrified and shocked they were charging me 35 pounds as I originally asked the lady how much before I gave the coats in and the lady quoted 8 pounds each and I asked her you told me 8 pounds each how can you charge me 35 pounds otherwise I would never have given you the coats. She never put the price on the ticket only description. In the meantime the owner came to me and started being very abusive and started shouting at me and was saying pay us or get out the shop. Don't waste my time. He was very aggressive and used threatening behaviour towards me. The lady disappeared. I have never in my life been insulted so much before. How can someone do that to their customers.

Price was lower than expected, results exceeding expectations, service 10 under 10. Probably the most efficient / formal, laundry you can find in Kensington or even LDN area.
