    The staff that I have dealt with there are always very helpful and polite. The lady on the front desk always welcomed you with a cheery smile. The owner I believe also has a connection with the Marina at North kilworth. That is also a well run very helpful place as well so we are very fortunate here

    The lady who works here is lovely and we really appreciate the boating services they offer. The marina is also in a lovely location. In general we've been happy with the one service we've had previously but... Low rating is due to booking here for narrowboat storage and confirming a price via phone (a month prior to storage). Once we had travelled to and went to the marina office on the day of arrival, we were told the price had tripled and we would be expected to pay that. In general, we don't mind paying as prices have gone up across the board, but once we had travelled 3 hours to get there bypassing other marinas and then told the price had gone up on the actual day itself, this is very unreasonable behaviour. We are very disappointed with this treatment. Due to the lack of communication and expectations to pay such an increase on incredibly short notice, our preference is to look elsewhere even though that causes us extra work and travel. We are disappointed that this will make us delayed to attend a friends wedding but feel we have been treated badly in this situation. We are not comfortable paying the price to encourage a company to treat people like that. It would be great if you could be more communicative to your customers in the future.
