    This was our first experience of ordering from Deb's Kitchen Cakes. Our original order was through Amazon and we paid extra postage for early delivery as the cake was needed for the 20th March. We were notified by Amazon that our order had been despatched and would be with us by Wednesday 16th March. On Thursday, 17th March it had not arrived. We telephoned Deb's Kitchen Cakes and spoke to a very helpful lady who confirmed that our order had been despatched. At the same time this lady offered to send a second order, free of charge, as we needed it on Saturday at the latest. On Friday both orders arrived. The product was excellent, very easy to use, and the service was second to none. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

    Last year I ordered 3 cake toppers, a Santa, a Snowman and a stained glass window. Absolutely perfect, good quality and prompt delivery. So this year I ordered the Sowman and Santa again, but they didn't arrive Not their fault, a carrier problem, Amazon had already told me the items were out for delivery. I phoned Deb's Kitchen cakes and they were fantastic, couldn't possibly have done better. Charming lady tells me they will be posted today, first class. recorded delivery. You can tell more about a company from how they deal with problems than in any other way, and based on that Deb's Kitchen Cakes is a class act. Thank you very much and Happy Christmas

It arrived in the post today but you may want to ask Royal Mail what it is that they don't understand about Please Do Not Bend as the envelope was bent and mis-handled.
