I tend not to like having my feet touched, however Debs made me feel very comfortable during my first treatment which put me at ease. I struggle a lot with anxiety and she makes the treatment very calming and I can feel a huge weight lifted after each session. Would highly recommend not only for physical issues but mentally as well.

I have just completed a six week course withe Deb and the results are wonderful. I arrived with a very low mood and intense pain due to inflammation in ankles and feet. Every week saw a marked change overall. Deb mostly worked on lymphatic drainage and the relief is amazing. I highly recommend her work and will be returning for another course at a later date.

This was the first time I had tried reflexology. Debs created a really calm and relaxing environment and explained the theory of relexology and how the session would work. I was very relaxed throughout and even dozed off at stages. Debs was then able to explain her findings and she clearly has alot of knowledge in this area. A very enjoyable treatment and I will definitely be back.
