Reported my composite door had started fading after only being installed for a short period of time. I was told the manufacturer of the door will not replace it and said I’ve probably used some abrasive cleaner even though I have only cleaned the door with warm water. Deaves’s only solution to this problem is to take the door away and re-paint it leaving me without a front door for several hours minimum, also beading has cracked and upgraded Chrome letter box has unsightly scuff marks on the top (this is the second one we’ve had) which they blame Royal Mail for, silly me but I thought a letter box was for delivering letters. I have used cheaper double glazing providers who have provided us with much better after care!!

Used Deaves to construct our new extension in 2019 - we knew they would certainly not be the cheapest but we wanted everything sorted without us needing to project manage it ourselves (and they did it well). Came home last night (2022) to find one panel in the double glazed lantern skylight in the extension had slipped out a few inches leaving a gap, hence letting in water. Called them at 9am this morning, had a guy up there sorting it apologetically by 10am, and just over an hour alter its all sorted, before the torrents of rain that are due this afternoon.

They've just given our roof a much needed check and make good. Waiting for windows to be replaced now. Had all windows and new back door done. Superb workmanship. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We have used Deaves on two seperate installations a replacement front door and frame and installation of new Bi-fold patio doors and frame. Very good quality products used Exceptionally good installers all very experienced in house staff and very capable Very nice company to do business with. Fair pricing for a good quality product. Always deliver whats promised on time and on price No pressure selling or sharp practices. We had a minor defect in an item of glazing (which Deaves buy in), Manager inspected same day and glass replaced at our convenience in less than one week with no arguments or difficulties. So follow up servicing very good. We feel very much that our custom is valued and this company's good reputation is well deserved.

Had to ring several times for the sales agent to even give me a call back. Then they want the customer to climb a ladder to get the measurements and then email it to them wouldn't be surprised if they wanted you to help fit the windows as well. Not great customer service so will avoid.
