Just collected my 2 collies from here absolutely 5 star service. Staff are so friendly and the dogs looked happy and well cared for just going for a walk when we arrived to collect so got a chance to settle up and find out about their week. Would definitely arrecommend for all your dog and cat needs. Doggy daycare, boarding, grooming and cattery all set in a beautiful location.

Our dog is in emergency care on a drip fighting for her life. Not given her daily tablets correctly and they didn’t ring me or the vet when she deteriorated! Absolutely disgusting customer service, very rude and will not take ownership. They took it upon themselves to ‘research’ her medical condition instead of ringing my vets. It seems they are only capable of looking after dogs with no medical conditions.
