Really delighted with the process and end product of supply and fitting of our garden awning. All COVID measures handled with attention. Everyone we dealt with arrived when arranged and were friendly and professional. Perfect communication from Gary who dealt quickly with “I know it’s a silly question but….” Emails from me. The product itself is great- lovely quality, attractive, easy to use and very good value for money. We are using it so much more than we thought we might have. The best company to deal with from receiving a quote, to placing an order and final installation, Deans were above and beyond in every aspect. Gary Martin was the easiest person to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and communicated progress every step of the way, even when not prompted. The two installation guys were spot on too, doing a great job as well as being friendly. I had asked for installation of an awning by the 10th of the month. They not only made it their business to succeed, but managed it with a week to spare. I would recommend Deans Group to anyone who is looking for an awning installed, without hesitation.
