I've ordered awnings, it took forever to install. On installation day one would not fit due to wrong sizes taken and the second one they fitted but without alignment. I had to wait for weeks for them to come back to align and for the 2nd awning. Customer service isn't the best, you have to keep chasing to get replies. I complained to a manager who promised to get back to me with a solution but never called back. Now after install, 1 awning won't close. It takes waiting and trying for days and then it works. Still waiting for them to come back to fix it next week. Think before using them.

We are very happy with our blind, as it does what it was designed for, keeping the low sun out of the kitchen. It developed a fault a few months ago and I got a very swift reply as to possibly how to rectify it, unfortunately this did not work. They have since come and sorted the fault at no cost.

We were looking for an awning that was higher quality and of a more traditional feel than modern cassette awnings, and are so pleased we found the Victorian awnings of Deans Blinds. They drove over 250 miles to fit our awning, when another company in Devon would not drive 60 to fit one. The design, style, quality and finish are outstanding, and it has lifted the look and feel of our shop enormously, whilst also providing much needed shade with a large south-facing window.
