I went to this place for the whole of my pregnancy during pandemic. Despite the current situation i was well looked after. Initially the comments on google really put me off but i can't thank my Midwife Chioma enough for her amazing support and care. She was my midwife and i couldn't have asked for a better one. She knows her stuff and works whole heartedly. I was always heard and given the best advice and care. Their admin team is great too. I never came across other midwives but my one was amazing. Don't be scared of the comments u read on Google.

I had a phone appointment scheduled for 9:40. I was self-isolating following government advice about COVID. After waiting an hour, I contacted the practice and was told a phone call can happen any time before 4PM, regardless of your original booking, because patients in the clinic have priority. When the call finally happened at 12:15, the midwife discussed with me laboratory test results that I took over two months ago. The midwife did not explain results at all. For example she said my tests were negative because there is nothing in it. Only after insisting did she report the level of blood cells, protein, etc, and agree to send a copy of the results to me. However, that copy did not contain all of the results she quoted on the phone. All in all, I am changing midwifes and hospital. I am fortunate to have some basic knowledge in medicine to spot this, but fear for patients who do not.
