A Great Shame, but perhaps an Oversight. ................... Reluctantly, I have to write the simple facts of my single experience. I 'phoned the Locksbottom, Kent, branch, but the call was diverted to an Operator taking the calls on their behalf, who offered to take a message, as the branch was closed, in order for my call to be returned, on Monday. I declined, as my time was free, branches are busy, so it was easier for me to call again, returned calls often being missed. I was told that their Memorial Masons were in Wrotham, so I took the name, and competed the form online. Several working days have now passed, I've heard nothing, so I've ordered it from another. On this sensitive subject, I've hesitated to be critical, but that was my true experience.

Wow, where to start. Absolutely outstanding service from Dean Wilson’s. Mark was our right hand guy throughout the entire process. We were sold from day one as he took his time to explain the whole process to us , was extremely patient and even accommodated some of our odd requests. His wife Jo was also very helpful and would give us a call or text if we had any queries. My Dad was well looked after in their care and was treated with dignity and respect. On the day of the funeral they were so respectful and even made sure the limos were stocked with water and tissues- they really did pay attention to detail! If you are considering Dean Wilson’s just know you will not be disappointed!! My family 100% recommend them!
