Absolute waste of time Booked in over my lunch hour, only to get there and be told that the person I’d booked with (I didn’t book with anyone specific – it was auto assigned) doesn’t work there until next week. Blamed it on an issue with Booksy but, if you were aware of it, why wouldn’t you contact people who would be showing up for non-existent appointments? They have probable arranged stuff around that appointment (like I had). Apparently, the new ownership hasn’t gone well. Won’t be going here anymore now.
