I’d used Dean previously and he was prompt and efficient in fixing our washing machine. However I contacted him 2 weeks ago to fix another machine we have in our motor home and twice he said he’d be here but wasn’t and then said he’d come Saturday, when asked what time he said he couldn’t say but he’d call 1 hour before heading over to me. By about 8pm he still hadn’t been in touch so I contacted him and he said he was on his way to the job before me! Eventually he said he was on his way but meant it would have been about 10pm before he arrived. I said not to come and asked if he could come one day the following week. I’ve heard nothing since, so I think it was an excuse. If you are too busy just say, we are on a time limit to get the washer fixed in our motor home before we go away next week, so I’d rather know you’re too busy so I can make other arrangements!! Started off ok but feel very let down and disappointed. Service: Washer/dryer repair

I phoned Dean this afternoon after having a problem with my induction hob on my cooker for 2 months. It's an older Belling cooker and the hob was locked. He gave me advice over the phone, and after a few attempts the hob unlocked. Thank you so much Dean for your advice and help, you're one in a million. Sarah x
